3. Payment settlement for donation

Payment to be made by the credit card company approved by GTRI, based on the rules of the credit card company, provided however that, the name of the card holder, the billed party and the name of the person paying for the service is the name of the donor. In the case that a conflict occurs between the user and the credit card company with regard to fees or any other liabilities, the conflict shall be resolved between the two parties without any responsibility borne by GTRI.

4. Management of information

GTRI promises to deal with a user’s personal information appropriately in accordance with the “Privacy Policy”, stipulated separately.
GTRI shall use obtained personal information and may use and disclose your customer data with and to third parties in order to fulfill the purposes listed below:
Customer support.
Providing content relevant to this service. Marketing activities in a form that cannot identify an individual.
In the case that being requested to disclose or provide an individual’s information based on the law.

6. Service modification and Termination

GTRI shall be entitled to at any time modify, add or terminate the service at its own discretion without any advance notice or approval of the user. GTRI disclaims all responsibility and liability for any damages incurred by the user due to the termination or modification of the service. GTRI may modify or terminate the service in the following cases:
Inspection or maintenance of the computer system for services that needs to be performed due to urgent circumstances.
GTRI becomes unable to provide its service due to fire, power blackouts or other natural disasters.
Operation of a system becomes difficult due to artificial disasters (wars, riots, civil commotions, labor disputes, etc.)
Operation of a system becomes difficult due to interference of a third party. GTRI determines that suspension or discontinuance is required for other reasons.

7. Prohibited Actions

Although GTRI takes considerable safety measures, GTRI shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user arising out of discontinuance, delay, termination due to a communication or system failure, and Web Site defacement.
GTRI does not guarantee that e-mail or any content delivered from our Web Site, server, or domain does not contain viruses or other harmful elements.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The law applicable to these Terms and Conditions of this Web Site is the law of Japan and the Tokyo District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute in the first instance.
